Reference Concerning the meaning of "Publications" in the Copyright Act

You have referred to the Committee the question of whether any changes should be made to the meaning of "publication" in paragraph 29(1) (a) of the Copyright Act 1968, especially in connection with section 31 and 38 of the Act.
