Further review of exceptions to the Technological Protection Measures scheme
Submissions on the further review by the Attorney-General’s Department of a limited number of additional exceptions to liability for circumventing access control technological protection measures closed in October 2006. If the need for these additional exceptions is substantiated in the review process, the exceptions will be added to the Copyright Regulations in early 2007.
