Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Section is responsible for the processing of all Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to the Department. This includes the decisions on which documents should be released and which ones should be withheld. The section is also responsible for the conduct of Departmental cases before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, including appearances before the Tribunal on behalf of the Department.
