
The Certificate IV Security Investigations program is delivered in two modules:
The aim of the course is to develop competent investigators capable of performing investigations within an Australian government environment consistent with the provisions of the Australian Government Investigations Standards.
Over the course of the two modules, participants will gain a theoretical knowledge and understanding of the investigation process. The program also provides participants with practical skills and strategies to effectively conduct investigations in the Australian government environment.
The program includes workshops, syndicate discussions, quick decision exercises, and the valuable opportunity to interact with visiting subject-matter experts including representatives from relevant Australian Government agencies. Course participants will gain further insight into legal and judicial requirements by participating in court visits and through the practical application of knowledge and skills gained during the course.

The Protective Security Practice course, or extensive experience in protective security, is desirable.

$1850 – GST exempt per module (a total of $3700 – GST exempt)
